Born and raised on the mokupuni (island) of O'ahu, I am a self-taught photographer of 5 years. Growing up as an Afro-Hawaiian woman the lens through which I see the world has allowed me to appreciate the nuances of the human condition. Finding those moments in life that allow us to deeply connect with the simple moments of life that we sometimes forget to notice. In my work I aim to capture "the good, the bad, and the ugly" parts that make-up our human experience.
